  • The Genome Database - is an international collaboration in support of the Human Genome Project.
  • Ensemble Genome Server - is a Human Genome browser of The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute.
  • UC Santa Cruz Human Genome Browser Gateway - an interactive map of the genome to find genes, genetic markers, cytogenetically mapped clones, expressed sequence tags, full length mRNAs, single nucleotide polymorphisms, regions of similarity to the mouse and to the pufferfish genome, and many other features related to the genome sequence.
