Please note: this shared service follows the Arizona Cancer Center guidelines for giving priority to Cancer Center members with peer-reviewed grants, new investigators, members with other funding, and peer-reviewed nonmembers. Based on the information provided below, our staff will evaluate the feasibility, cost and time elements of the proposal. An initial consultation session may be necessary to further evaluate the proposal. The main areas of support include data collection, management and analysis including database and data warehouse(non clinical) design and data entry/retrieval forms, gene microarray statistical and cluster analysis and biological interpretation, any area of proteomics including protein sequence and structure analysis, and general areas of sequence and genome analysis including gene prediction and SNP analysis. If needed, data can be retrieved from remote sites into local databases. Please fill out and submit the form below.
